Most City Information Center members pay a small annual fee to post their city highlights. We also have guest members and members working directly with City Information Center that do not pay a fee to post their highlights.

Members are not guaranteed to be presented as one of the ten selected highlights on city-specific information center topics. Editors working with City Information Center favor and present the 1-10 selected highlights (including some member highlights) that we hope you find useful, inspiring, or entertaining. 

Featured Spots

City Information Center featured spots on a city-specific information center can be purchased by members and are designed to be a combination of choices we have selected and presented and ones marked promoted that members have purchased and presented.

Note many of our selected highlights and featured spots on city-specific information center topics are not members of City Information Center.

Product and Service Posts

Other than affiliate programs, member sponsored posts, and member featured spots mentioned above; all other content and posts created by City Information Center are editorially driven and are generated without payment or incentive by advertisers or external companies. No other payments in cash or in kind are solicited or accepted from advertisers or external companies for posts written and published by City Information Center. Also unless specifically stated, those working with City Information Center may not be bona fide users of these products and services.

City Information Center also makes every effort to review products and services fairly and transparently. When we have received a product or service for purposes of review, that fact will be noted at the bottom of the review post.
